DLP® projectors have sharp contrasts
for text that’s easy to read
When it comes to presentations, or lessons with lots of text, you need to use a projector that provides a clear, sharp picture that is easy to read. The contrast between black and white is a critical component of readability. If the black letters in text are grey versus black, then that text will be harder to read. With DLP® projectors your audience will be able to easily read the text you are projecting, even from the back of the room.

Higher contrast ratios with DLP®
means deeper blacks and brilliant whites |
DLP® projectors are famous for producing incredibly high native contrast ratios. This means that the black on the screen is extremely black and the white is bright, brilliant white. Most DLP® projectors feature contrast ratios of 2,000:1 or higher whereas projectors using other technologies are typically half of that level or even worse. Projectors with higher contrast ratios also project better in rooms that have ambient light from windows or lighting. The deep blacks and crisp whites produced by DLP® projectors ensure that your presentations or lessons will be easily read, even if you are projecting in a room that has some ambient light.
