Amazing color performance

DLP HDTV - Amazing color performanceOnly DLP® HDTVs have the all-digital DLP® chip that can produce trillions of rich, vibrant colors. In fact, many DLP® HDTV models feature six-color processing which is twice the colors processed by other technologies. A number of DLP® HDTVs also feature LED illumination, which increases color performance by as much as 40 per cent more than some other HDTVs.

DLP HDTV - Amazing color performance chart

Don’t all HDTVs produce the same colors on the screen?

No. Color performance varies greatly from TV to TV, due in part to the type of image processing used to create the image. For example, some TVs use phosphor or multiple-panel systems, which often don’t deliver the same color detail as a DLP® HDTV.

Will I actually see trillions of colors on the screen?

Seeing is believing. Turn on a DLP® HDTV and you’ll see more subtle shades of red or green. You will notice more fine detail and color in images, even in the darkest of scenes. With the capability to produce such a wide range of colors, DLP® makes any content pop off the screen with amazing color fidelity.
